Ever heard of the Greek myth of Icarus? He flew towards the sun with a pair of wings made of feathers and wax as he and his father Daedalus attempted to escape from imprisonment. Ignoring his father’s warnings, Icaurs flew higher and higher, closer and closer to the sun...
Come to Fly and enter the world of sports and the human quest of excellence, as in lieu with the Singapore Youth Olympic Games. Here you will see different characters and their struggles as they strive to fulfil their sheer desires to win; their desires to fly. One must be cautious. There are dangerous temptations; uncontrollable forces my tear you apart; one might well die from one's quest. You might meet some famous people, as well as some non-famous ones. Through Icarus you might see the reflections of the athletes of the Munich Massacre (Munich Olympics, 1972), Ben Johnson, Jesse Owens, the tyranny of the majority as well as the non-majority; base human desires, jealousy, dreams, determination, endurance. Good and evil will be at work. Everyone will try to win. Icarus will try to fly.
If life's a game... Winners get to fly. Losers have to die. Come to FLY if you dare.

This place is so dead
Confession: i wasnt studying for the past two weeks. CAUSE I WAS TRYING TO DO MY LUNWEN AND IT IS KILLIN' ME. orz.
so i came here for a tea break and this place is such a dissapointment, given that it is holidays now and i think that some juniors dont even know about this blog. haix. j1s, rmb to send in your exco applications kk:)
anyway, if you are staring at a pile of notes and have no motivation to study.
dont procrastinate. even if you KNOW you are not alone.
study turns me crazy. but i kinda like being crazy, :) so i'll start to study after my lunwen is done :|
