EOY CHALET!
IT IS CONFIRMED THAT WE'LL BE HAVING A CHALET FROM 30DEC08-2JAN09@PASIR RIS PA 3RM FLAT. 4D3N!

DIRECTIONS TO GET TO PA3RM FLAT:
-go pasir ris bus interchange
-take 403, once it goes through 1 rly small loop, then u press bell n alight!
-walk towards the dead end of the loop, u'll see PA flats.
-MEET AT 415PM AROUND OUR UNIT #03-01. CONTACT U GUYS THEN!((:

Bring $, cam (if u wanna camwhore), bicycle padlock (just in case u're joining night cycling n e shop jus so happen to NOT have padlocks *cross fingers*), WATER BOTTLE AND SHOES (for nightcycling), flipflops (if u like), hp charger, toiletries n other stuffs u know u shld bring...

1st day - 30dec08

`Night cycling*** (starts around 12am. starting pt: pasir ris park, destination: changi beach park (tentative.i'm afraid it's too ambitious))

2nd day - 31dec08

This guy is my 4th favourite idol, falling behind Elvin Lin(3rd), Rhino(2nd) and George W. Bush(1st!!). David is not counted. He's classified under something else ^^

Even though he doesnt rev quite like how we have learnt, you can try. Just don't rip your thumb off while attempting. So, preferably, do not do this with a 13 pound bowling ball in hand.

aloysius will be our coach next year :D

ok aside from that, i asked him when he's free to do private group trainings. details are as follows:

Weekday afternoons, 2-4pm or 3-5pm. $30 per person, if it's a group of 4. a group of 6 will be cheaper. lane charges have been included. if you're interested, tag on tagboard the days and timings you'd prefer. alternatively, felix suggested the Chinese Swimming Club coach Uncle Rick. ruiyi said that his group session cost more than $40. go to him if you have the money, he's a good coach. 

hmm ok, so that settles the private trainings. if you're self-training, work on  

- *ACCURACY*  because sparing helps a lot... and you have to be accurate before everything can fall in place! 

- RELEASE / REVS, as dingchun puts it. first must make sure that your wrist is locked and you don't turn too early (girls, take note). hand behind your ball at point of release, then lift and turn only at the point of release, to generate rev. then... follow through!

for girls, Zara Glover's currently one of the best in terms of technique, but i can't seem to find videos that focus on her release... alternatively, Kirsten Penny's not bad too.
